Ahem, calling all of you mindless fools who have nothing better to do than read the thoughts of another poor mindless fool... hello again. It has been awhile since I have updated this outdated piece of work so here it goes. It has been an eventful couple of months, or half a year..., but isn't that life anyways? Portland has been serving as my sanctuary for awhile now but with the past few visits back to the bay area and LA, the two places that I despised for so long, I am slowly starting to miss them. If you ask a local Portlandian what the place is like, a lot will say it is what San Francisco used to be like and it is what Los Angeles will never be. Missing something or somebody or a group of people can be pretty tough on the mind no matter where you are. Social networking only makes it worse even though so many use it as an excuse to "stay in touch..." Bottom line, missing people sucks. I miss my family and friends.

It has been awhile...

Wow, I have not posted anything on this blog of mine for awhile... a good sign? I am sitting in the Portland State University library right now trying to get settled in to do some studying! I had to flee my room because well, my room mate you see, he has a group that he needs to run that is organizing a trip to our lovely countries capitol.. Washington D.C. so he has all of his lovely meetings in our room... I on the other hand have nothing to do with that. So i flee to the library to write in my blog and study?... Where is a therapist when you need one?...

So, since it has been over a month at the least since I have written in this blog I must fill my avid readers in! I left off when it was about 4 weeks until I was going to leave Montana and now I have left Montana, gone home, and wound up in Portland, OR... finally.. (sigh) Safe to say that not much has happened in between that would be sterling enough to post on my lovely blog. However, I can say that I have arrived in Portland and things are pretty smooth here, I love the city and moreover, the Northwest itself. It has become, in my opinion, my backyard. Just this past week I went to Olympia, WA twice along with Seattle twice. I managed to get a hold of a friends car and traveled around a little bit. A couple of days ago I went to Mt. Hood and went snowboarding for the first time in years. So yeah, nothing else for ya. If I get a couple of more signs that people are still reading this I might be motivated to keep going. But as of now... this just seems like another pile of shit in the world wide web. toodles ;)
